Local Events
Holiday Parade
This beloved community event takes place every year in December and is a highlight of the holiday season in Grover Beach. The parade is held on Grand Avenue and is a wonderful way to bring the community together to celebrate the season. What's more, the parade theme changes each year, so there's always something new and exciting to look forward to.
Tree Lighting
This annual event takes place at Ramona Garden Park and is the perfect way to kick off the season with your community. The mayor will light up the beautiful holiday tree, and the event will feature music, hot chocolate, and singing holiday songs. It's a magical moment that's sure to fill you with holiday cheer.
Summer Concert Series
The Annual Summer Concert Series rocks in Grover Beach from June through August each year! Get ready to groove as we kick off another season of amazing music under the sun. Join us every Sunday at the picturesque Ramona Garden Park from 3-6 pm. Bring a chair or blanket to sit on, shop from local craft vendors, and enjoy food and drinks for purchase!
Annual Dune Run & Walk
The Annual Dune Run & Walk returns to Grover Beach each September. Join us for a scenic 5K run or walk along the boardwalk and dunes, showcasing the beauty of our community. Awards ceremony to follow. Contact Community Services for more information:
